THE DOG CATCHING EVERYBODY 😭😭😭🐕💨

You’ve spent enough time second-guessing yourself. The time you’re waiting for isn’t coming—start NOW.

Let’s go! 🔥 by @coach_wayda

You can literally sit for months putting in work, and the minute we don’t see instant results, we feel like a failure.

What’s delayed does NOT mean denied! 🌱

These roots represent a strong foundation. Without this, there would be no healthy growth above the soil. And just because you can’t see the progress doesn’t mean progress isn’t happening.

Sometimes the most important work is happening beneath the surface. Keep watering. Keep nurturing. Keep showing up.

Your roots are growing too. 🤎🌱

No matter what the season throws our way, we show up as ONE. 🦅💙

Challenges may come, but the HEART of this team remains the same.

We’re building. We’re growing. We’re learning. And most importantly, we’re doing it TOGETHER. 🤞🏾

Whatever comes next, we’ll rise above it.
Brooks AC — keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep pushing. 🦅💙

Sometimes the resistance isn’t there to stop you—it’s there to show you where the work is. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Pay attention to your tension.
Acknowledge it.
Understand it.
Then grow through it.

Once you know better, you do better. 💜

The harvest may be small, but the gratitude is big. 💜
Thankful for growth, nourishment, and the little moments that remind me how beautiful life can be. ✨

The first Brooks AC Co-Ed team.
And now, the first Brooks AC team to attend NCA Camp. 🔹🦅
Moments like this remind me why I coach.
We are beyond proud to give our Chicago Public School athletes opportunities to learn, and experience cheer beyond what they thought was possible. They showed up ready to prove they belong in every room they’re in.
This is more than a camp…it’s another first in a program that’s continuing to make history.
