In partnership with @sandyhookpromise, Nova High MTL participated in “Start with Hello week”, to combat the growing epidemic of chronic social isolation and loneliness among youth in schools. However on Trusted Adult Thursday, we decided to thank the teachers in our lives that have set the culture for inclusion at Nova High and provided us the atmosphere to not feel isolated as we navigate all that high school has to offer. Thank you teachers! Y’all are the best.

“Culture drives expectations and beliefs. Expectations and beliefs drive behaviors. Behaviors drive habits and habits create the future.”

Culture isn’t created overnight. Trust the process. The standard is the standard.

To my 2026 kids,

This graduation hit different. This is the first time in my 10 year career that I’ve taught a class all the way through their 4 year career. I saw students that came into my class the first day of school and saw them all the way through to their last day crossing the stage.

You all are prepared to and capable of TAKING OVER THE WORLD. The sky is absolutely the limit for each and every single one of y’all and I’m excited to see the potential actualized.

Always remember, #TheStandardIsTheStandard. Should you ever need me, y’all know where to find me. I pray for nothing but SUCCESS, PROSPERITY, PEACE and HAPPINESS in all that you do. Godspeed, and I’ll see y’all when I see y’all!!

“Culture is built in the moments nobody claps for.”

The grind is a day to day process, and it’s important that you trust in it to achieve maximum results..

What’s your why?

#TheStandardIsTheStandard by @coacha954

Life is more fulfilling when you understand and live in your why. It was an honor to coach these young ladies in the BCAA all-star flag football game. This sport is on the rise, and I’m blessed to be a part of it.

What’s your why??
