POSTS STORIES REELS
🤍Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Guerra 🤍 💍EST. May 15, 2026💍 Today marks one month of marriage, and we can honestly say it’s been the best month of our lives. It’s hard to believe that just a month ago we were standing in front of our family and friends saying “I do.” Now we’re settling into married life, making memories, laughing a lot, and enjoying every moment of this new chapter together. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and made our wedding day so special. Having so many people we love in one place to witness the beginning of our marriage is something we’ll never forget. Looking back, we’re reminded of how faithful God has been throughout our journey. What started as two separate stories became one, and we’re so grateful for every step that brought us here. One month down, forever to go. ❤️ We’re excited for all the adventures, milestones, lessons, laughs, and memories still ahead. Here’s to growing together, choosing each other every day, and building a life centered on faith, love, and purpose. Thank you all for being part of our story!! • Location: @westmountcountryclub Dress: @adriennbrauncouture Tuxedo: @the_new_top_hat__tails Hair: @l_oquence @melsprobraids Photo/Video: @georgestreetphoto • #GoingGuerra #MiaMondayy #ItsOffical #newname #husbandandwife #blackmarriage #blacklove by @coachb.fit

Finish what you started! We can’t start a working out and do it for a week and expect results, right? The same thing goes with nutrition, reading the Bible, and basically everything else in life. Finish what you started, God is calling you to do more in life all those goals you have he wants you to reach them all. But you have to stop giving up Endure through all the seasons (good & bad) and let God do the rest, just don’t give up! by @coachb.fit
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” -John 14:6 by @coachb.fit
Don’t just train the body, train your spirit! Jesus gives us the strength to do anything and everything as long as we have faith in him. Stop trying to do it all alone, stop relying on your own strength. When you lift don’t with purpose not to honor yourself but to honor Jesus. DM me “FAITH” for personalized training rooted in Christ. You can be strong now, but imagine how much stronger you can be with Christ at the center 🙌🏾 by @coachb.fit
Where are you rooted? 🌱 Even if we follow the same routine, our fitness journeys are uniquely our own because of what’s happening in our hearts. Before, during, and after a workout, worldly thoughts like fear and comparison love to creep in. How do you let those thoughts affect you? Are they keeping you from pushing harder and becoming your best self? When we anchor ourselves in Christ, we gain the power to combat those thoughts with eternal truth rather than human opinion. We can push through the mental walls because we know we can do all things through Christ—regardless of how we feel in the moment. When we truly understand the sacrifice Jesus made, dedicating our workouts to Him becomes natural. We push past our comfort zones not out of vanity, but to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice. We train hard, safely, and intentionally to honor the body He gave us. by @coachb.fit

THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES… BUT NOW THERE’S A GREATER PURPOSE BEHIND THEM. ✝️🙌🏾 Swipe through to read some of our client experiences. You’ll see stories about physical results, personalized coaching, increased motivation and discipline, healthier habits, accountability, our coaching app, and more. I’m incredibly grateful to have helped so many people transform. But with Faith & Fitness, we’re adding another layer. We still want the physical, mental, and emotional transformation—but now we’re pursuing spiritual transformation too. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose 30 lbs, build muscle, become more disciplined, or develop a healthier relationship with food and exercise. But WHY are we doing it? Who are we doing it for? At Faith & Fitness, we believe our bodies are gifts from God that we’ve been called to steward well. Becoming healthier, lowering health risks, living longer, and showing up better for the people God has blessed us with are incredible results of honoring God with our bodies. But they aren’t the ultimate purpose. THE PURPOSE IS HIM. ✝️ We don’t just train for ourselves. WE TRAIN FOR THE LORD. Turn your workouts into worship. 🙏🏽💪🏽 If you’re ready to transform physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, DM “FAITH” or apply for coaching through the link in bio. Train with purpose. Train for the Lord. ✝️ by @coachb.fit
✝️ OUR FIRST FAITH & FITNESS EVENT. Yesterday, 50–60 people came together for one reason: To honor Jesus through worship, fellowship, and movement. No sales. No marketing. No hidden agenda. The event was completely FREE. Just a group of people coming together to offer our bodies as a living sacrifice and give God the glory. 🙏🏽💪🏽 And what makes this even more special is seeing how God brought it all together. This started with a vision Ruben & Elaine had during a Bible study. They felt called to create something that combined faith, fitness, and community—and they were obedient enough to act on it. From there, God started putting the pieces in place. Joe, owner of JD Core Training, opened his facility to us. Kainos Collective led us through a POWERFUL hour of worship. 🙌🏽 TLC Media kept the energy high as our DJ. King of Kings Graphics brought the Faith & Fitness Logo to life on our shirts. We had trainers come together to help program and lead the workout, hydration stations with electrolytes, videographers capturing the day, and Frank even made an amazing chili so everyone could eat together afterward. 🔥 And there were so many more people behind the scenes who prayed, spoke, coached, served, encouraged, and helped make yesterday possible. That’s what made this event so powerful. It wasn’t about any one person, business, or brand. It was the BODY OF CHRIST coming together. Seeing people worship together, train together, pray over one another, encourage strangers, and openly proclaim Jesus was something we’ll never forget. This was the first one… But I truly believe God is just getting started. ✝️🔥 Thank you to EVERYONE who helped, served, prayed, spoke, trained, worshiped, and showed up. All glory to God. 🙏🏽 “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” - Romans 12:1 by @coachb.fit
Faith & Fitness 🙏🏻 Worship doesn’t only happen in a church… Sometimes it looks like discipline, sweat, sacrifice, and strength… Train the body. Strengthen the faith. Honor God. This is more than a workout. This is worship. #faithandfitness #worship #strengthinfaith #fitfaith #faithfit by @coachb.fit
FAITH & FITNESS IS HERE ✝️🙌🏾 For years, the goal with Build & Burn Fitness was simple: help people transform their bodies, build better habits, and become stronger versions of themselves. And we did exactly that. The transformations in this post represent clients who lost 30–40+ pounds through coaching, consistency, and a willingness to put in the work. But now, the mission is becoming bigger. Faith & Fitness is about transformation of the body, mind, AND spirit. We’re still going to lose fat. We’re still going to build muscle. We’re still going to get strong. And we’re still going to chase crazy results. But the reason behind the work has changed. We no longer train simply for ourselves or for what we see in the mirror. We train because our bodies are a gift from God. We train to practice discipline. We train to become healthier and more capable. And ultimately, we train to honor the Lord with the body He gave us. Same commitment to results. Greater purpose behind them. This is Faith & Fitness. ✝️💪 If you’re ready to transform physically, mentally, and spiritually, apply for coaching through the link in my bio. “Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 by @coachb.fit
Living a life dedicated to God doesn’t have to be boring! Yes you sacrifice certain things that are part of the world to be a follower of Christ but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy what God created. Travel, nurture your relationships, build a body to honor God, make new connections, meet new people. God doesn’t want us to be robots he gave us the spirit of joy, so live your life and enjoy it, but do it the way God intended! by @coachb.fit
