If you would’ve told me 7 years ago that my son would hate football, I wouldn’t believe you! I just KNEW he would be born ready- as he has grown to be so unique and intelligent in many ways- I could care less what sport he plays!

Normalize letting your kids develop a passion for the things THEY like and are good at! He wants to be an inventor and I will support him 150% in that! However, I’m so proud of him that he took the chance to try football and improved through the season, made new friends and kept going!!

Lake Nona 7U finished a strong season and just missed the playoffs! Job well done! As a coach, it’s easy for me to let other people coach my own child because I know the difference and impact someone else can have! 💙🩵

F.A.S.T. FAM is starting back up fall off-season training for all of our high school and elite middle school athletes. The results speak for themselves, we cultivate an atmosphere for world-class champions in a full program for 3 months leading into the Indoor season.

You can’t pour from an empty cup!

I prep my days as a coach by making sure I’m taking care of myself, so that I am full enough to pour into my athletes. So many times as a mom and a coach , I have put my own health and wellness on the shelf because I didn’t have time! I learned that the best version of myself that shows up for others is the version of me that is kept and maintained!
