Summer’s Over. 💯

@larryjunetfm asked do you really want this? If so, then let’s get it.

Some people wait to be given something and others go out and take what they want. The beauty in life is you get to choose which person you want to be. #BeGreatToday #SetTheFoundation by @coachbarnes2

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there.

Today I’m especially thinking about the coaches and basketball families spending their weekend in gyms across the country. I see the parents making sacrifices, driving countless miles, sitting through long tournament days, and doing everything they can to support their kids.

I also see my fellow coaches who are away from their own families while helping young people chase their dreams. We do it because we love this game, but more importantly, we do it to provide for the people we love most.

Whether you’re spending today with your family or sacrificing time away from them, know that your work matters. The impact you make matters.

I’m proud of all of you.

Enjoy your families today. Be grateful. Keep working. Keep growing. Keep getting better.

Grades will either open doors… or close them before you even get a chance.

I’ve seen players who can really play — but when that transcript shows up, everything changes.

Now it’s not about talent.
It’s about eligibility.
It’s about trust.

Coaches aren’t just recruiting athletes… we’re recruiting responsibility.

Basketball gets your foot in the door.
Grades decide if you stay.
