Today, we remember.

Father, we pray for every family who lost someone on September 11, 2001. For those who still carry the grief of that morning, even 25 years later, bring comfort and peace that only You can provide.

We remember the first responders who ran toward danger when everyone else was running away. We remember the ordinary people who became heroes. We remember the incredible sacrifice, courage, and compassion shown in the darkest of moments.

Lord, I also pray for our country.

In the days after September 11, we were reminded that despite our differences, we were one people. We stood together. We prayed together. We helped our neighbors. We flew our flag proudly. We remembered that there was far more connecting us than dividing us.

I pray we find that again, without needing another tragedy to remind us.

Heal the division in our country. Soften our hearts toward one another. Help us disagree without hatred, listen before condemning, serve instead of attack, and remember that the person across from us is still our neighbor.

God, bring us together again.

Not through fear.

Not through tragedy.

Through love, grace, humility, and You.

We will never forget those we lost.

In the name of Jesus, Amen. 🇺🇸🙏

Crushed 55 miles and 3700 feet of elevation today at Mad Gravel 2026. Steph, and the boys were there to see me finish (and hold me up!) My hammys are still not right🤪🥹

Great to be a part of GEM Racing Team and riding with Zach Hanners. You crushed it today amigo!!

And yes there was an absurd amount of spandex there. taken in Mad Gravel by @coachbee34

A quick message to every youth coach…

This morning my son sent me a picture of his locker at the University of Wyoming.

Hanging in it is an old orange towel that reads:

WORK HARD
FINISH STRONG
NEVER QUIT

That wasn’t made for college football.

It was the motto of our youth football team years ago.

Out of all the things he could have packed for college, he packed that.

It reminded me of something every youth coach needs to hear -

Your words last longer than your record

The speeches you give
The standards you set
The way you treat kids after a tough loss
The lessons you teach when no one is keeping score

Those things have a way of showing up years later… sometimes in places you never expected.

So coach hard
Love your players well
Teach character before championships

Because one day, a kid you coached might be standing in a college locker room, hanging up a reminder of something you said when he was 8 years old.
