The lifting shirt my family got me for Father's Day. I love them and I'm grateful God allows me to be their dad. Happy Father's Day to all the real ones out there. Especially my Dad. I have spent my life trying to be half the man he is. by @coachbigtrim

I love seeing my former players. Whether it's on the trails of the Glen, at Chipotle, at Old Man basketball, or they are a part of my every day life, it's rejuvenates my heart to see them. I love each and every one of you. by @coachbigtrim

I may not have coached them this year, but @sailor1525 @py.trev.31 and @teddy_horvath_ were still my players so I wasn't going to miss their graduation. So very proud of them. We couldn't find Teddy for the picture.
Also, no one sent me the picture of our family with @arianaaaaa.marie so I couldn't post her either. Uncle Nick loves you though! by @coachbigtrim

Athletes- you can’t have it both ways.

You can’t achieve a goal that only a few ever achieve if you live like most kids live.

You can’t have exceptional dreams if the hours you spend toward them are average.

You can’t claim to want to do whatever it takes to make it in your sport (whatever that may mean to you) but not expect to make sacrifices.

You can’t only feed yourself cereal and pop tarts and expect your body to perform the way you need it to.

You can’t hang out all night, get 5 hours of sleep, and expect your stamina and energy to be where it needs to be.

You can't hit the vape, cart, cigarette, black and mild or blunt if you want to be a top tier athlete.

You can’t involve yourself in drama and questionable social media interactions if you have hopes for long-term success in your sport.

In life, you’re either dreaming of the life you want to live but living like everyone else, or you’re working towards your dream and making sacrifices along the way.
