The Sumter High School family mourns the loss of assistant basketball coach Trevino Hall.

Coach Hall was far more than a coach. He was a devoted husband, father, mentor, and a pillar of the Sumter community. Over his four years on our coaching staff and in the Sumter Splash AAU program, he invested in the lives of countless young people, leaving an impact that will continue for generations.

Known across South Carolina for his passion for the game, Coach Hall loved basketball. If there was a game being played, chances are he was there. He brought joy wherever he went with his sense of humor, genuine spirit, and willingness to help every player he coached.

While his time with us was far too short, his influence will last a lifetime. The lessons he taught, the relationships he built, and the lives he touched will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Coach Hall’s wife, children, family, friends, athletes, and everyone whose life he impacted.

Rest easy, Coach Hall. Your Gamecock family will miss you, but your legacy will forever be a part of Sumter Basketball.

As we wrap up the 11th annual B ALL IN Camp, I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU!

This camp would not be possible without the tremendous support from our community, sponsors, campers, parents, coaches, and volunteers. We are truly blessed to have so many people who believe in what we're doing and continue to pour into our student athletes year after year.

A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors: The Howlet's, Murray's Donuts, McAlister's, Sk8terz, Gamecock Lanes, Team Morant, Pelicans, Shoney's, Beacon Cinemas and Sonic. Your generosity and support helped make this year's camp another great success.

Thank you to all of our campers and parents for choosing to be a part of B ALL IN Camp. Your energy, enthusiasm, and commitment are what make this camp so special.

We would also like to thank our guest speakers for taking the time to invest in our campers. Thank you to Ms. Sandor, Principal of Sumter High School, for welcoming our campers with words of encouragement, and to Tyrell Still for sharing his dynamic message about the mental approach to sports and life. Your words made a lasting impact.

To all of the coaches and players who helped execute the camp, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and willingness to serve.

Thank you all for making the 11th annual B ALL IN Camp another amazing success. We are already looking forward to next year!

I want to sincerely thank the South Carolina High School Basketball Association for nominating me and giving me the opportunity to serve as an assistant coach in the North-South All-Star Game, representing the South team. It was truly an honor to be part of such a special event.

I also want to give a special thank you to Coach Mezz our head coach, Coach Cody, who served alongside me, and the outstanding players. I learned a great deal from all of them throughout this experience, and I wish them nothing but continued success in their careers.

A big thank you to everyone who made this event possible, and again to the players who represented their schools with pride. by @coachbjbrown30

@apexathleticperformance is a family that serves the best athletes and coaches in the state of South Carolina. Today @coachbjbrown30 stopped by with his son @13_toonice so that his son could get some work in during his basketball season and ran into two of his former players @reekonone and @za_bucks11.
Having these moments where athletes and coaches can come together and celebrate the milestones on their journey is one of the things that I am thankful for @apexathleticperformance. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!🦃🍁🍽 taken in Apex Athletic Performance by @coachbjbrown30
