KEEP THE GATE CLOSED🔐

Elite DBs don’t give receivers the gate—little things like not having our arms tight to us cause a WR to get vertical on us quicker. Let’s make them work for every release. Stay square. Stay patient. Keep the gate closed.

More Than Athletes. 🏈🎓

Proud to highlight the young men I’ve had the opportunity to train who are now competing at the next level while pursuing their college education.

The goal has never been just to make better football players — it’s to develop disciplined, confident young men who understand that their future is bigger than the game.

Next level football. Next level education. Next level LIFE.

Keep working. Keep learning. Keep growing.

Whats the Difference Between Safety’s movements compared to a Corner’s movements🧐??

Not much at all. HOWEVER, A corner’s movements/ transitions may be more reactive in a short area rather than a Safety being that they have a broader range of coverage.

PRESS THE BUTTON🫵🏾

A Press focused day will have you prepared for a man to man situation for sure! Everybody wants to play press until it’s time to trust your feet. Stop lunging. Stay square. Win with your leverage. The hands finish what the feet start.

The appetite is different when average was never the goal. Because I’m not competing for a seat at the table, I’m building it🧱 taken in Lafayette, Louisiana by @coachbmane_
