POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We loved working with Unified Volleyball East this season through our Elite Mindset Series as they prepared for AAU Nationals. Across two sessions, athletes focused on building confidence, developing resilience, and learning how to trust themselves, respond to adversity, and compete with purpose.

Congratulations on a successful season and strong showing at Nationals. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey! @unifiedvball

🏐💙 AAU Nationals Bound! 💙🏐

This season, we had the opportunity to work with Unified East Volleyball on two critical performance pillars: confidence and resilience.

Championship-level teams aren’t built by talent alone. They’re built by athletes who can trust themselves under pressure, bounce back from mistakes, stay composed through adversity, and continue competing when things don’t go as planned.

As Unified East heads to AAU Nationals, we’re excited to see them put those skills into action. Trust your preparation. Lean on each other. Respond to challenges with confidence. Stay resilient through every point.

Good luck, Unified East! Enjoy the experience, compete fearlessly, and make the most of every moment on the national stage. 🌴🏐 @unifiedvball @coachbreeea

This is an easy ice breaker for the younger kids.

Players have to make an action over the net (coach chooses set, pass, attack, or serve) and start a timer. The side with the most balls on their side of the net when time is up loses!

We usually reset the balls dodgeball like, laying them out under the net between rounds.

Fast, easy transition drill that gets all positions involved! You can change/add a ton of variations to this one. I personally would have loved to be on a box here. Different variations below:

-Downball to setter to work out of system transition
-Throw in a cover ball
-Start with a serve from setter or passer
-Enter a chaotic ball instead of isolated ball

Working on defensive range & reading our attackers! When she starts to pass dimes I’ll increase the pace & continue to challenge her. Working on being more explosive next time, too! Keep putting in the extra work! 🔥💪

14u might be my favorite group yet. Last time I coached this age was 6 years ago, one of those players signed to go D1 this year. Now I’m back with this age, pouring into our next generation of ballers, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to move on next year!

Thankful for it all! 💙🏐

I definitely cannot take credit for this drill but thank u to whoever invented it because my team loves it and it has dramatically increased the communication level in our gym!
