A bit about me —
My name’s Joe, a fully qualified personal trainer and former England weightlifter with thousands of hours of 1-2-1 coaching experience.

I’m also a Warhammer player myself (Imperial Fists & Space Wolves 🐺). I’ve played in a few comps and this year my goals are to get stronger, fitter, and dive deeper into the competitive scene — including Age of Sigmar.

2026 is the year you find a hobby that truly allows you to switch off and pair it with something physical that builds strength and resilience.
That balance has changed my life. One sharpens the body, the other calms the mind. Together, they keep me grounded.

⚔️ SIDEQUESTS recently! ⚔️

Life’s been a bit mad lately, but I’m finally settling into seaside life 🌊

The move is DONE, which means less time building furniture and staring at boxes… and more time for friends, family, training, gaming and painting some Tau (don't h8 me)

I've been rolling with @grave.forge for a while now, and it's because they just work. The new big belly brushes hold the point, keep their shape, and the flow feels steady. Like it's helping, not fighting. Less fixing , more actual painting. And they're small, they actually care what lands on your desk. So yeah. That's why I stick with them. Paint more, wrestle less. Easy choice.
