Dear Grandma, It feels impossible to put into words the ache in my heart since you left us yesterday 5/19/2025 @4:15 PM, this instantly came up 1 Thessalonian 4:15 “For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.” I miss you more than I can express, and even though I know you’re sleeping peacefully now, the silence left behind is loud & heavy. You were the most loving, kind, and faithful woman I’ve ever known. Your life was a constant reflection of Jesus Christ—your faith never wavered, your prayers never ceased, and your love always poured out freely on everyone around you. You didn’t just know God—you walked with Him daily, and anyone who knew you could see His light shining through you. You were a giant in the spiritual realm. The strength and wisdom you carried, the peace in your voice when you spoke about God, the way you comforted, encouraged, and poured life into those around you—those are things I’ll never forget. You taught me how to pray, how to believe, and how to stand strong in the face of storms. I watched you, you fought so bravely, Grandma. Three long years against stage 4 cancer & not once did you complain. Your courage & grace were nothing short of miraculous. Even when your body grew weak, your spirit remained unshakable. You were a warrior—fighting with faith, not fear. The good words says in 2 Timothy 4:7 says “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” & that you did. I’m so proud of you & so honored to be your grandchild. I miss your voice, your hugs, your laugh. I miss your presence, your prayers, your stories, your warmth. I miss everything about you. But I know the transition was painless, peaceful & you no longer suffer. This goodbye isn’t forever. I know you’re now in the arms of the Savior you loved so deeply, worshipping in glory, whole and healed. I know I’ll see you again one day. Tell your Jen & Uncle Deck I said what’s hannin’. As I look outside, sun shining so hard on us! Best uncle anyone could ask for. I’ll never forget you teaching me the principles of ASSETS & Liabilities in LIFE. Served this country and did all you could to make everything BRIGHT when you came around. The smile you had was all people needed to know it’ll be alright! Imma miss you Snappin but just being real with us. Imma really miss that Unc😂😂😂❤️. I can’t tell you enough how much love I had (♾️) Learned so much from you my guy. Taught me what it was to be a gentleman, kind, & to treat people how I wanted to be treated LIVE & in action. The soldier! The peacemaker. The special Golden Child! Uncle Dung (Yoon) we know you didn’t want us to feel this but now you are no longer in pain and for sure in a better place. I pray y’all take this time and cherish your people. He loved us and he’s on starting his journey of greatness somewhere else, I know it! 🕊♾️
Lord, I pray you cleanse our heart so You can speak to us through the Scriptures. Be with our family Lord God as we know that you make no MISTAKES. Make our mind alert, soul active and the hearts responsive. Surround us with Your presence during this time. We understand we are here on earth to serve our purpose and live thru you. Life gone life… People always will go against you, just make sure you keep God first & keep living! When you do Gods work, He’ll do yours. Be grateful for where you are, appreciate the people who genuinely love you & keep becoming the best version of yourself. I dont question anything, I prayed for this. Don’t let a tough season/pressure of your life make you forget how blessed you are. Keep going, keep growing & trust God through it all. God is the greatest! Breakthroughs hit different when you realize your purpose was never just about you. God allowed every test, every closed door & every season of pressure to prepare me to lead, coach, teach & pour into others the right way. Better living isn’t just material, it’s being able to impact lives, build young men, speak life into students & show people what discipline, faith, and perseverance look like in real time. As a leader/coach/mentor, I’m not just teaching football… I’m teaching resilience, accountability & how to keep going when life gets hard. That’s the real breakthrough. When you do what you LOVE, you’ll never work. 1 Peter 5:10 “After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” ❤️ ✅ taken in 229 by @coachbush13

To my guys,
This year was nothing short of phenomenal. Watching you grow, fight, and stay locked in through every high and every low has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You helped me grow too—not just as a coach, but as a man. Leading you taught me patience, purpose, and what it really means to serve. I tried my best to show you that if there’s a will, there’s always a way… and you proved that true every single week. More importantly, I truly believe we handled God’s business this season, and He took care of us in ways only He can. Through every bit of adversity, every high, every low, you stayed the course. You showed heart, maturity & brotherhood that doesn’t fade. You know your job… #LoveEachother. Our relationship is forever. Keep your ❤️ right, keep God first, character & keep choosing discipline when life gets loud. I love every one of y’all, and I appreciate you for trusting me to lead you. That’s an honor I don’t take lightly. That’s why our bond doesn’t end with a season. Our relationship is forever.

As 2024 came to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on how truly blessed I am. This past year has been an incredible journey, and I owe it all to the Lord, who continues to guide my steps, strengthen me in every season, and remind me of the purpose behind it all.
To my family, I thank God for blessing me with your love and unwavering support. You are my rock, my encouragement, and the reason I strive to be better every day. I couldn’t do this without you, and I’m beyond grateful for the sacrifices you make and the joy you bring to my life.
Coaching the game of football is so much more than just teaching plays—it’s about shaping lives, building character, and inspiring greatness in others. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to do what I love and for the amazing players and staff I’ve been able to work with. Your dedication and passion have been a constant source of inspiration for me.
To everyone I’ve had the privilege of inspiring this year, know that it’s been an honor. Seeing others rise to their potential & knowing I could play a small part in that is one of the greatest gifts the Lord has given me.
As we step into 2025, I look forward with faith and anticipation for all that God has in store. I trust His plan, and I’m committed to continuing this journey with purpose, gratitude, and a heart ready to serve.

Wow, what a year! I want to thank The Most High, first and for most, my family second & everyone that’s been apart of this journey to this point. From the late nights to the early mornings, I wouldn’t take it back & do it any other way, I learned so much. So many lessons learned, many friendships/brotherhood that’ll last forever & after. When it’s all said & done, make sure you maxed out every opportunity b/c the Lord is going to see if you’ve learned your lesson through wins and loses in life. I’m so grateful to be here & to meet all the blessings and lessons that came with it. Couldn’t have done anything without the support system and the ones I go to battle with everyday!
