I had no clue what I was getting myself into when I started this journey…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣When I left active duty Army in 2016, I knew I wanted to pass down some of the lessons I’ve learned from my military service but I couldn’t figure out how…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Ultimately, my goal was to help young men deal with the adversity in their lives and find a way to push through it…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Then it hit me, as times change, I can’t lead young men with my words only…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣My actions had to match my words and my life had to line up with my expectations for them…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣If we want to build up young men to be leaders we must first deal with ourselves and any inconsistencies that we possess… ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣I’m blessed to lead this group of young men because when I see them I see myself…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣And that pushes me to improve each day…⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Keep working fellas…⁣
⁣⁣
