How I can help you: ⁣
⁣
⭐️In Person Coaching: ⁣
This is the quickest way for you to reach your goals⁣
⁣
This would be meeting me in person at my studio off of the Marietta Square and I lead you through custom workouts built to achieve your goals. ⁣
⁣
This is for you to build the competence and confidence you need to be able to train on your own.⁣
⁣
⭐️Remote Custom Programming: ⁣
The next best thing to seeing me in person⁣
⁣
This is for both local and out of town ⁣
⁣
This is a program that is created and continually modified specifically to help you reach your goals⁣
⁣
This is delivered through true coach and gives you demo videos for movements and keeps your exercise history so you can see your progress⁣
⁣
⭐️Hybrid: ⁣
This would be seeing me in person and having custom programming to do additional exercises on your own⁣
⁣
This is the best of both worlds as I get to see you move in person and can give you workouts to do on your own that are designed to get you to your goals the quickest⁣
⁣
This is best for transitioning from in person to remote and for introducing new movements you aren’t yet familiar with to your programming⁣
⁣
If you have questions on which is best for you or want to talk about your goals drop a 💪 in the comments or send me a DM⁣

Consistency over everything by @coachcasillo

🥋 BROWN BELT EARNED.

Congratulations to Chris Casillo on his promotion to Brown Belt. @coachcasillo

Chris has competed at every belt level, tested himself over and over, and represented our academy extremely well along the way.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t just the medals or how well he competes.

He’s a great teammate. A great training partner. A great guy to have on the mats.

Brown belt is a serious level in Jiu-Jitsu, and Chris has earned every bit of it.

Proud of you, brother. Congratulations. 🤎🥋
