Good morning of sparring over in Bolton this morning for the team… thanks to my brothers @rasibmuhammad @samiraftab__ for having us 🤝🥊 brilliant learning for all the boys

First up Destiny with a good 4x3s with 14 bout pro fighter gaining good experience every spar getting sharper

Next up Umar did 4x3s with the talented Samir Aftab, good competitive rounds fine tuning for a big season ahead

Finally Louis with 4x2s developing his jab and body punching
