Happy 6th birthday to our loving, energetic, basketball loving, compassionate, deep feelings son! Sev being your dad has been the coolest fulfilling job that I’ve ever experienced. You continue to care for your friends and show up for them amazingly! You work so hard at the things you want to be great at. You have so much confidence in who you are and pray all of these never fade! Can’t believe you’re already turning 6. I still remember you when you first arrived and couldn’t believe with my own 2 eyes that our son was born! You made your mom work a little too much during those 9 months but you were so worth it! Beyond thankful for this crew. 11 new players, 6 returners, 2 new coaches, all pushing in the same direction. This group has been through a lot of adversity and have found ways to come out on the other side of it! Got a group of winners on and off the court and proud of this family we have!

Last night I was inducted in to the NCCS Hall of Fame. Blessed is an understatement to be in a group of such talented individuals who have put a lot of hard work in to their craft. NCCS has shaped a lot of who I am today. The support from my coaches and teachers during my time there was unmatched. Couldn’t have done this without the great talent around me. We had some great memories and forever remembering the bus rides, the wins, the losses and the bonds we all built! Last night was a thank you to my village and support system!

Today I got to watch my former player live out her dream of playing Division 1 basketball. It was so good to see Ty play again! We miss her in our locker room so much!
