70.8 on the dot. 🎯
8 kilos heavier last week. Made weight this morning exactly on the limit — no drama, no guessing.

Every gram was tracked. Morning and night on the scale. Water and salt timed to the day. Blood pressure and oxygen checked before and after every session. Rehydration mixed to the milligram, not eyeballed.

No hour in the sauna. No bath. One short session last night, slept like a baby, 20 minutes this morning and done.

The weight cut is the fight before the fight. Get it wrong and you show up empty. Get it right and you walk in fresh.
He's fresh. 🥊

At Ohana Performance Institute the weight cut has a 100% success rate. We let the results speak.

Main event tomorrow.

I’m confused, @thewavepromanee 🤔
You say you’re not scared of anybody, but still don’t want to fight @fabianufs at @fcr.mma even though he’s signed there and can’t fight in Denmark 😂

@fcr.mma is a bigger platform than the one you’re asking for in Denmark under the @ufcfightpass banner.

So: neutral ground for both fighters in Sweden, a bigger platform, more money and @fabianufs has even offered you his purse if you beat him. Let’s make it even sweeter: I’ll throw in an extra €500 if you beat him!

This could possibly be your biggest payday as a fighter 🤷🏼‍♂️
Or just be honest and say you don’t want the fight, we can respect that 🤝 taken in Oslo, Norway by @coachchrisfmt

@thewavepromanee now that your fight with Asad is off, what do you say to fight me instead? @fcr.mma has already approved of the matchup, we just need you to say yes. Don’t run away, the excuse last time was you want title fights and going down a weight class. What is it now? Come on a bigger platform, with better money, more one the line and live on @ufcfightpass
