My client Sam lost 73 pounds, dropped 9 inches off his waist, hit 12% body fat AND got promoted to Vice President of Sales.

He quit drinking. He rebuilt his body, his mindset, and his life.

When we started, Sam was 252 pounds, drinking too much, and struggling at home and at work.

18 months later, his energy, confidence, and leadership were at a new level.

We followed 3 clear phases:

1️⃣ Foundation - comprehensive bloodwork, gut health, food sensitivity testing, and a metabolic reset.

2️⃣ Fat Loss Acceleration - Building a sustainable nutrition strategy. Nothing is off limits! Eat all of your favorite foods.

3️⃣ Forever - Creating the identity of a business athlete who maximizes performance performance in every area of your life.

When your health is optimized, everything else gets easier.

Need some advice on growing out my beard. Every time I do I just cut it off because it makes my face itch. What do you use to stop it from doing that? Also my hair is curly so I get ingrown hairs and I’d rather not deal with that by @coachclifbrooks
