If i can add value in that way, let's have a conversation 😁.

Reframing movement to feel like “play” is a great way to warm-up, explore movement patterns, and become more coordinated 🕺

+ some potential benefits:
- Get your creative side working 🧠
- Moving your body beyond “typical” or “functional” patterns
- You might even have “fun” 🤩

Every movement has a place 🦎 by @coachconnor7

This challenge came to me from a stranger, passionate about helping others. I can relate.

So, here I'm taking part of this challenge to raise money for people that don't have the same blessing we do here. And the least I can do is go for a month with only water (and food of course).

As an avid coffee drinker, this may be challenging. But the real driver behind this is how simple a challenge can be taken on for a cause bigger than just myself.

I'm sure we can all realise how many blessings and things we have and take for granted. The least we can do is take a moment to recognise and support the needs of others.

Proverbs 14:31 NIV
[31] Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God."

Let's do it!
Please consider donating, or taking on the challenge and sharing.

🔴 Here's some recommendations to help you get your first pull-up:

🔺️ Practice the movement/ strength specifically:
These are where banded, foot supported, or eccentric pull-ups come in. Keep technique tight, and make sure the reps are hard enough 💪.

🔺️Build strength separately in the involved muscles:
Movements like your single-arm row, lat pull down, ring rows, and biceps curls target the specific muscles involved in the pull-up. Here we can work them hard enough in their own right and get them stronger 🔥.

We have coaches and classes that can teach and assist in your journey. So reach out!

Hope this is helpful! And let's get progressing 🙌.

Intro the - Weighted Ring Push-up:
- Increased depth
- Increased capacity to load (as opposed to ordinary push-up)
- Challenges stability & postural control (i.e abdominals, scapular control)

Can be both helpful, or limiting, depending on what your goal is 💪.

Food for thought. Give it a try!!

Blessings your way 🎊.
