I've come a long way. I'll just say I never want to do this again.

Don't forget your sunscreen! I recommend @kinesysactive for all your outdoor activities. It is lightweight, goes on dry, and doesn't drip into your eyes. #skincancer #mohssurgery #sunscreen #sunprotection #kinesyschampion #kinesysactive #basalcellcarcinoma #mohsrecovery #protectyourskin #mohssurgeryrecovery by @coachdebbieruns

What makes me happy is knowing where all the bathrooms are on my run. 🏃‍♀️ You could say that's one of the things that make me a real runner. 😂 #running #trailrunning #womenwhorun #wherearethebathrooms #runner #trailrunner #longrun by @coachdebbieruns

The ugly, as usual, is the lightheadedness I get when I run. My cardiologist thinks it's my medications. She's made some changes but I'm hoping when I see her next week she'll make some more. 🤞 I'd like to be able to run more that three or four miles or maybe even run a race again. #running #trailrunning #inoctoberwewearpink #sunrise by @coachdebbieruns

I'm not asking for much. Just 10 degrees cooler and 30% dryer. 🙏 #running #trailrunning #desertlife by @coachdebbieruns

We have plenty of roadrunners around here but not one to be seen yesterday. 🤷🏼‍♀️ After the coyote followed me across the wash where many people walk their dogs, I tossed a few stones toward him and he ran back across. #running #coyote #roadrunner #trailrunning taken in La Quinta Cove Trails by @coachdebbieruns

I need to enjoy it while I can because pretty soon the snowbirds will be back and I'll have to work earlier and I'll be back to running in the dark. 🤷🏼‍♀️ #running #trailrunning #itsabeautifulday #runhappy #ShokzStar by @coachdebbieruns

They say crows remember if you've fed them or done them a good deed and will protect you from harm. I wonder if ravens are the same? #running #ravens #nevermore #desertlife by @coachdebbieruns

I'm pretty sure that was my first bloody nose. 😂 I had to Google what to do. 😂 Anyway, all is well, just a red spot on my nose that may or may not turn into a bruise. 🤷🏼‍♀️ And apologies to @alantwoodruff for scaring the heck out of him when he was in the bathroom and I was outside the door crying "my nose is broken!"
