Your dribble is too high.

1. Feet wider than your shoulders.
2. Pound it below the knee. Hard, every time.

Which one do you skip? 1 or 2.
Send this to the teammate who needs it.

Great ideas usually start in your head.

Everything Talata started as a camp idea. Now it's @talatacamp , @talataacademy and @talatabasketball in Denmark, Canada and Lithuania, one on one training, group training and a whole community.

Try your idea.
Keep grinding at it.
Your idea will come to life.

Comment MINDSET and I'll send you my free guide on my mindset principles. Daily habits, etc.

Want to train with us?

October camps for ages 5 to 16, Mon 12 to Thu 15 Oct at Hafnia-Hallen.
Early price ends Wednesday 30 September. talatabasketball.dk/camps

Nobody gets to decide what you think about yourself. That's your job.

Daily reps, routines, following up.

Do that long enough and your reality starts to look exactly like the picture in your head.

Believe in yourself.

The more I believed in myself, the more others believed in me.

Send this to somebody who needs to see it.

This week I played a cup game and it hit me. The best players aren't the most talented. They're the ones still playing at 33, 35, even 40. Knees, hips, backs, all taken care of.

I'm asked for a program all the time. So here it is.

Comment PROGRAM and I'll send you my free 4-week home program. 20 minutes a day.

I'll also be hosting a camp 12 to 15 Oct at Hafnia-Hallen. Early bird ends Wed 30 Sep.

Coach James is back. ✍🏾

We've signed James to head Talata Academy starting in the 2026/27 season.

If you've been with us from day one, you know James. He was here in our first year and played a huge part in our development. He stepped away to welcome his first child. Now, in year three, we're proud to have him back.

James brings real game. He played NCAA basketball in North Carolina, went pro here in Copenhagen with Stevnsgade and amager, and shared the court with Coach Deng in the 2021/22 @basketligaen_dk season. He's coached every level, all the way up to women's professional basketball in Denmark.

Most recently Coach James was a finalist in both @dbbf_official 3x3 in 2025 and Div 1. earlier this spring.

This is a long-term move. James is here to help us build, and we're just getting started.

Stay tuned. More big news for next season is coming. ⚫🔵⚪ taken in Copenhagen, Dennmark by @coachdeng
