Just some young ladies getting better! We have to continue working on development! The basics where we need continuous work: defensive slides, form shooting, layups off the correct foot, shooting off the catch, passing, spacing, and ball handling. The work must continue. by @coachdretuswp03

Shots With Patience Prep is excited to welcome Jonathan Conley, a 6’2” guard from Brooklyn, NY, to the SWP family!

Jonathan brings versatility, toughness, and a team-first mentality to the floor. A true point guard who can impact the game from multiple positions, he can handle the ball, create for teammates, attack the basket, defend multiple spots, and do whatever is needed to help his team win.

What stands out most is his approach , coachable, unselfish, competitive, and willing to give 100% in everything he does. He wants to learn, wants to improve, and understands that winning basketball is bigger than individual numbers.

We’re looking forward to helping Jonathan continue developing his game, basketball IQ, leadership, and confidence as he takes the next step in his journey.

Welcome to the family, Jonathan Conley!

My care package has officially been dropped off at college! 🙌🏿

Jerry, I’ve been coaching you since you were 10 years old, along with Jah. You’ve been one of the most loyal kids I’ve ever coached, and now look at the full-circle moment… you’re playing at my Alma Mater!

I WILL NOT let the same things that happened to me happen to you. You trusted the process, trusted God, stayed quiet, handled your business and got it done. That’s a testament to what can happen when you really lock in.

Now it’s time for me to watch from the stands. It’s been a joy being a part of your REAL circle, and understand—we’re not done! I’m waiting on that transformation. 👀💪🏿

Go make all of us even prouder, Jerry. You earned this opportunity. Now go take advantage of it!

Love you, young fella.

🏆 JAM ON IT LAS VEGAS CHAMPIONS 🏆

Ended Only having 8 players, and every single one of them emptied the tank:

Jerimiah Webb, Jayden Brister, Jamari Brister, Andrew Wiley, Jaden Ahmed, Muhammad Barry, Luke Ruccio, Richard Bailey and Katory McDavid.

No excuses. No shortcuts. We got it done.

We played 3 games in 5 hours, including one game that went to overtime and a championship game that went 4 overtimes. Most teams would have folded from fatigue, but I’m not surprised my guys still had more left in the tank.

That’s how we build.

From the spring into the summer, we condition our minds and bodies for moments exactly like this. We preach toughness, discipline, togetherness, and finishing through adversity. When the pressure increased, these eight young men stayed locked in and found a way.

Championship Final: Team Underrated 76, Uptempo 73 — 4OT

Extremely proud of this group. Eight players. One mission. One championship.

40 Championships. One Legacy. 🏆🐐

Some players put up numbers.
Some players make winning a habit.

Jerry Webb does both.

With a championship on the line, Jerry refused to let us lose.

He poured in 20 points in the first half, then came back with 30 more after halftime, finishing with 50 points in an unforgettable 4-overtime championship victory.

The moment everyone will remember…

In the 4th overtime, Jerry buried a clutch three, then on the very next possession stole the inbound pass and finished the layup—all in 5 seconds. That’s the definition of a closer.

Jerry is the winningest player in Team Underrated history. Over the years, he’s been a part of approximately 40 championships, and every one of them reflects his work ethic, leadership, and relentless competitive spirit.

As your coach, I’ve watched you grow from a talented young player into one of the toughest competitors I’ve ever coached. Your legacy with Team Underrated is forever cemented.

Now it’s time for the next chapter.

Onondaga Community College (OCC) is getting more than a scorer. They’re getting a winner, a leader, and a champion.

Keep chasing greatness, 11. Your story is only getting started.

Congratulations, Jerry. Love you, kid. 💜🏆
