‼️Another Remote Athlete‼️

When I was growing up I always wanted a coach that could give me a real answer to my questions besides “Because I said so.” That wasn’t an answer I could accept, I had a lot of questions and still do, because I love this game. I don’t know everything, but I want to keep learning. If anything it proved me they had no idea what they were doing, they were lazy and I didn’t want to be that coach.

So I evolved into the coach I always wanted, probably subconsciously, but I also had some great mentors that I wanted to be like, and now I want to keep passing that torch.

I’m happy to say my online Athlete client list is growing, and at the collegiate level. It’s a good feeling, knowing the time and work we have put in still plays at the highest level and the trust is still there.

Not even half way through March and the great swings just keep coming. We appreciate our customers and the amount of good news coming out of the first two days of ⚾️🥎 tryouts is overwhelming and heartfelt. Thank you for trusting us with your children and athletes, our goal is to get the best out of them and prepare them for whatever level they want to compete at. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to sit down with @born2sell and @nyrelentlessrealtor for my 2-on-1 business meeting.

Together, we developed a game plan with clear action steps for both my personal and professional growth. We identified areas to improve, set meaningful goals, and they even added a few extra challenges to push me outside my comfort zone.

Personal and professional growth doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of being intentional, staying coachable, and surrounding yourself with people who genuinely want to see you succeed.

My biggest takeaway? Gratitude.

I’m incredibly thankful to be surrounded by leaders who don’t just celebrate wins—they challenge me to think bigger, hold me accountable, and invest their time, knowledge, and experience into helping me become the best version of myself.

Success isn’t meant to be a solo journey. It’s built through mentorship, accountability, and the people who believe in your potential, even when your goals are bigger than your current reality.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from some of the best, and I’m excited to keep putting in the work. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning.

It’s just about 30 years ago since I’ve stepped foot on the baseball field at Campbell University. Never in a million years did I think I would be bringing my son here to play on the same field, a lot has changed around the campus and town, I don’t recognize any of it. But my passion for the game and the love for my family will never change. I poured a lot of blood sweat and tears on that field, with the heat and humidity he dumped a lot sweat. It was a surreal moment to be there with Nathan. I’m still trying to figure it out. What an amazing job upgrading the field from my days. It was an honor and a privilege to have this opportunity with the boys!
