A little re-introduction because there are lots of new faces around here 🤍

I’m Abbie (Bie), Pilates instructor, studio manager, movement lover & the person behind @coachedbybie.

This page started as somewhere to share my love for Pilates, but it’s become so much more than that. A space to share what I’m learning, help other instructors grow, give you ideas for your own classes and show a little bit of life outside the studio too.

I’m a big believer that there’s no one way to be a great instructor. Find your style, keep learning, be yourself and actually enjoy what you teach 🫶🏼

So whether you’re an instructor, training to become one, or you’re simply here because you love Pilates -
hi, I’m very happy you’re here 🤍

Here’s to continuing to learn, move & grow together ✨ by @coachedbybie

Hate to break it to you 👀 but this is my idea of fun 🥰 by @coachedbybie

Chapter 28 🥂 by @coachedbybie

BUILD THE FLOW - PART 8 let’s goooo
Also if you didn’t already notice I love a box to side car flow 😏

But another one to add to your class-planning bank 👀

Remember: The goal isn’t to throw more exercises into your classes - it’s knowing how to build around one movement so your transitions feel intentional, your flow makes sense and you’re not constantly starting from scratch.

Save this one for your next plan 🫶

What exercise should I build around for Part 9? ⬇️

Chapter 28 is all about doing more things for ME ☺️

More solo dates, more trying new things, more saying yes to experiences and learning to enjoy my own company a little more.

I think the older I get, the more I realise how important it is to make time for yourself, especially when life gets busy. Not everything needs to be done with someone else, and sometimes the best company is your own 🫶🏼

Starting 28 with a little solo date at SUPFIT, and honestly, I think I could get used to this. ✨

Here’s to more doing things just because they make me happy. by @coachedbybie

After a much needed break from the socials I am soooo ready to be backkkkk 🎉🎉🎉

I missed you guys 🥺🥺 by @coachedbybie

Brb.

Guys, I have deceived to take a little break from the socials… I’m not saying it will be for long could be a day… a few days… a week… I’m not sure yet but social media has always been a tool for me and right now it’s not serving me as a tool but as a distraction and I have a million and one things that need my attention right now.

What this has also ment is I can’t make and produce the quality and quantity of content I would like so for that reason I need a break. 🥴

I hope you guys understand and I’ll be back before you even know I’m gone 😉❤️ by @coachedbybie
