This shoot wasn’t just about getting lean or taking photos. It was about proving to myself what happens when I stop making excuses, stay consistent, and put my own growth first.

Confidence isn’t something you wake up with one day. It’s built every time you show up for yourself, even when motivation fades. Every workout, every early morning, every difficult choice became another promise I kept to myself.

Choosing yourself isn’t selfish. It’s the foundation for becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being.
