I love coaching because when I teach, I’m learning too. Jiu-Jitsu brings together people from all walks of life, and being able to help someone understand a concept, develop a skill, and grow in confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Seeing that progress is what keeps me passionate about coaching every day. 🥋💪🏾🫶🏾
