Almost every man I’ve came in contact with in my career has “managed” symptoms or chalked it up to life… That couldn’t be further from the truth though. That false sense of bravado is why men are experiencing illness much sooner. The question is always nature vs nurture? And sometimes it’s both. Hashimoto’s and other gut issues can be tied to the lack of nurturing and a nature to avoid. by @coachedbykahri
The career you’ve built has been what others dream about. Behind closed doors, you’re burning out 🔥 You’ve skipped workouts. Dodged the mirror and telling yourself “I’ll get to it when things slow down”… They NEVER slow down! Every day you delay, you’re leading with less authority and less of who you really are at your core. Your body IS YOUR BRAND! The way you walk into a room. Your presence commands attention before you say a word. That’s the energy you’re giving. Leaders who invest in their physical mastery don’t just look better. They close more. Lead better. Live freely! This is authority, not about vanity. Drop READY in the comments. Let’s forge what’s next. #iron252 #executive by @coachedbykahri
Save this stack for your essentials to lead with integrity! If you don’t take care of your body You can’t take care of your flock. Structure ensures there’s data to measure. Structure also leads to success. Every leader that I work with has a stack similar that fits their needs. Let’s build yours and get to @eminentnutrition use code LELAND and build the temple you need. #nxtlevelperformance #coaching #nutrition #leader by @coachedbykahri

The man of faith who serves everywhere: Once you ask for her hand in marriage, your first ministry is your marriage. Give her the same energy you give the church, the gym and every other endeavor. Make more deposits than you do withdraws. You’ll find that this investment helps you produce in other areas more efficiently. by @coachedbykahri
During our King Maker meeting last night, messages came back from my son, my wife, my brothers, my dad, and some of the leaders I work with. Reading them reminded me of how badly most men take a compliment. We are comfortable with critique, and we brush off everything we do well. Be bold, and accept the compliment. by @coachedbykahri
This is a lesson learned one or two ways. The hard way is by losing people close to you if you don’t loosen up. Are you up for the challenge of being authentically you, TODAY? by @coachedbykahri
For @kingdcam the military was the LAST resort. He grew up fighting in Boston, got kicked out of schools and had a hot temper. The military shaped him into the man he is today. When men are open about what shaped them, it reveals a lot more than many know. More importantly, a mature man is able to discern and convey what WAS and what IS. The 3 of us may have so many similarities and differences—but authentic manhood is what we’re after. by @coachedbykahri
My guy @a1jonny_ said this and it stuck with me, even as I watched it again. “Your past is your past. Keep making those decisions day after day, and five years down the road your life will be different. Comment “Mindset” and I’ll send you the Iron 2:52 assessment by @coachedbykahri
Anything planted in shallow soil comes up fast, and the first hot day burns it off. That’s how most people attempt to build success. The roots are the part nobody sees. They are your habits, your faith and the men you let speak into your life. Build there first, and watch what grows on top of it cannot be pulled up. That’s what I’ve personally been building, and @eminentnutrition makes it even more possible, the family included 👑 Comment “Mindset” and I’ll send you the Leadership assessment.
