Worcester City Runs Half Marathon and 10km Race

The @coachedbywebster Team had a beltin time at the @worcestercityrun HM and 10km race on Sunday was super special to get to share the course with them and the support was on another level huge thanks to everyone who came out in the rain to support and cheer it makes the difference to every athlete running.

They achieved some beltin results and the thing I’m most proud of and respect is the dedication and hard work they have all put into their training so the results speak for themselves.

Dan Pycock Race Progress with Coached by Webster Team.

Dan joined the team after his December Stockholm race with a goal of Sub 90 Men’s Open.

• Stockholm December Men’s Open Solo 1.30.42
• Manchester January Men’s Open Solo 1.27.10 3.32 min pb
• Berlin May Men’s Open Solo 1.20.14 6.56 min pb

We removed a lot of unnecessary training (classes sims etc) that did not serve Dans goal.

We kept 1 Hyrox class cause he gains a lot and really enjoys training with other people.

Implemented a structured program that focused on both Dan’s strengths and challenge areas with dedicated recovery days and mobility work.

Dan nailed his sleep, nutrition and hydration so he was fuelled and ready to get the best out of his training and racing.

For each race Dan followed a strict taper with a detailed race plan and strategy so he felt in control and confident going into his race.

Dan has reduced his Average Hyrox Race pace from 5.48 in Manchester to 5.19 in Berlin and his overall station time by nearly 3 minutes.

Although you cannot compare course for course it’s undeniable that Dan has improved exponentially over the past 5 months. Credit to his discipline, dedication and hard work.

(Just to caveat as a coach I never guarantee any pb’s or great races. I am realistic and honest. What I do guarantee clients is I will give you the tools the support and the training ) by @coachedbywebster

HYROX CARDIFF 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Last UK race of the season and The @coachedbywebster Team had a cracking 6 days of racing.

Debut Racers crushed their first races.

@sofia_cupper @nareeceford open doubles 1.14.03
@hannah_ince88 open solo 1.30.48 ranked 3 AG Wall Balls
@hannahlou1234 open doubles 1.16.46 (despite having a training block with an injury)

The Ladies brought the heat for their final races of the season.

@rachael.jane95 @h4tt13b open doubles sub 80 and a pb 3.08
@sst_performance open solo sub 90 and a pb 1.39
@emholland1 solo open hitting her 10th race and 3rd AG FC
@sunny.campbell.insta @h4tt13b debut relay race one of two races for Hattie

The Gents tore it up.

@danpycock got his sub 70 open doubles 1.09.35
@frodo4920 sub 70 open doubles and a pb 3.14
@jacklambert2 sub 80 open doubles and his third race this year
Dave mixed doubles with moi 1.06.09 pb 58s 3rd AG podium Flag and WC qualification.

The Team have a couple of European races then we head to Stockholm Hyrox World Championships 🇸🇪

As always super grateful I get to be part of their journey.

Their hard work and consistency shows in their results and race experience.

Hyrox LDN Olympia 🏁

The @coachedbywebster team had a beltin week of racing.

Soph hit her 2nd Pro Solo Race 1.10.22 and a 9 minute PB @soph2409 absolutely phenomenal performance a 70 minute pro solo after doing a doubles open only two days before also.

Jack raced his 2nd Men’s Solo race a 5 minute PB excellent race mate @jacklambert2

Andrea first women’s solo pro race with a cracking time 1.21 you’re simply inspiring @pixiejaynephotography

Emma first women’s pro doubles 1.09 and 7th place AG you absolute legend your hard work paying off. @emholland1

Sunny women’s open doubles with a huge 26 minute PB you’re simply amazing @sunny.campbell.insta you and Soph ran an awesome race.
