Reflecting on my time in Indy at the @ncaa X @nfl coaches academy! I’m so thankful to be apart of this year’s class and be around so many like minded individuals. This experience was both life and career changing. I’m so eager to continue my career in coaching, developing the next generation of leaders. Look forward to seeing you all at the top! 🙏🏾🤝🏾📈 taken in NCAA Hall of Champions and Conference Center by @coachiffthetrainer

TRANSITIONS TRANSITIONS TRANSITIONS !!!!!

Nickel / Safety Work.
Learning how to efficiently move in tight/small spaces is vital.

As a slot defender, these WRs are too crafty now for us DBs not to have clean feet & efficient movement. Feet have to be right, hips have to be right, & breaks have to be sharp! No room error.

Here @ #DBUcertified we prepare for the moment & drill all the various movements we’ll be in on game day. 🤝🏾😤 taken in Essex County by @coachiffthetrainer
