Joey was in North Carolina coaching, I was on the computer randomly looking up Chow-Chow breeders and stumbled across this guy. He was 1.5 hours from where Joey was, I took it as a sign, Joey somehow managed to go pick him up before his 5 hour flight home, and the rest is history! Welcome to the family, Bodie Bear Fuca! We love you soooooooo much!!!

JJ told us a few weeks ago he wanted to get baptized. I looked up our church’s schedule and it turned out the next Baptism Sunday was on my birthday- the best birthday gift a mom could ever ask for.
Just yesterday morning on the way to JJ’s baseball game he told me, “Mom, I’m ready to let Jesus lead the road trip of my life”. I told him I was so proud of him and that is the perfect way to live his life. Then he proceeded to get player of the game in the morning and ended up winning his baseball leagues AA home run derby competition yesterday afternoon. Today he woke nervous but excited to dedicate his life to Christ. And now we are all on Cloud 9, so proud of our guy and excited to see the big plans God has for his life. ❤️❤️ taken in Cedar Grove Community Church by @coachjfuca
