For those of us that grew up in the days of playing outside, riding bikes, no internet, only 13 tv channels, and a phone plugged into the wall. Smelling homemade tortillas being cooked by my parents for dinner was the best!

Today, Adventist Cancer Center’s magazine was sent out in everyone’s mailer in Bakersfield. My daughter faced a diagnose that would have broken the strongest of people. But through the love and grace of God, Miracles do happen through our Lord Jesus! #priscillastrong💪🎀 by @coachjoe4.13

Thursday we celebrated my daughter Priscilla and all cancer survivors at the annual Adventist Cancer Center breast cancer awareness ceremony. Priscilla was glowing as they made her the center of the event. I also gave a speech about Priscilla’s journey and had the pleasure to thank all the Adventist staff that were part of our army in her battle with cancer. I also want to thank you all for your prayers during her battle. As of today, no signs of cancer. Thank you Jesus! #PriscillaStrong 🎀 💪 by @coachjoe4.13

For those of you who have been following my posts with my daughters cancer journey, Priscilla (pictured with the ball cap in this photo) will be walking the runway at this event, and there will be videos and pictures of our family’s journey with her. Not to mention, I will be speaking at the ceremony of our journey. It would great to see you there!
