If you only learn one thing today, let it be this.

Energy is everything. How you show up absolutely influences how others show up.

That’s why it’s essential to get around high energy, fully committed people.

They inspire you, and then you inspire others. They raise you up, and then you raise others up.

Yesterday, on my professional speaking and visibility for life coaches call, we had the amazing Cori Josias join us.

She shows up so powerfully, so professionally, and so committed—you can feel it.

Cori shared her experience getting in front of people.

She said… Be authentic. Be passionate. Tell people the truth. Don’t be like everyone else. And when there’s an opportunity to serve, offer them an experience of your coaching as a gift.
