Happy Father’s Day to the man who has always been my greatest example.

I am beyond thankful for the father I have. My dad has spent his entire life showing me what it means to put family first, work hard, provide, and love unconditionally. Every lesson, every sacrifice, and every moment of support has helped shape the person I am today.

Even now, he is still teaching me. No matter how old I get, I continue to learn from his wisdom, strength, and the way he carries himself through life.

Dad, you deserve more love and appreciation than words can express. Thank you for always being there, for leading by example, and for showing me what true character looks like. I am proud to be your son and forever grateful for everything you have done and continue to do.

We’re baaaack for ROUND 2 with my Junior 1 BlackOps family alongside Coach Ciara and Coach Ashley — and if last season taught us anything… it’s that this team knows how to make some noise!!

BUT WAIT… it gets even better!!
This season I also have the absolute honor of coaching Champion Athletics’ FIRST EVER Worlds team, ReleNTless, with Coach Mike and Coach Gillian!! Talk about a dream opportunity. This team is powerful, hungry, and ready to turn heads. 🌎✨

Same smile… but a completely different place in life🖤

This was my first season at Champion Athletics… and honestly, I didn’t just change physically — I changed as a person.

I spent a long time looking for validation from other people. This year, I finally gave that to myself.

45 pounds down.
5 inches down.
And for the first time in a long time… I feel like I got myself back🤪

I feel stronger. I feel more present. I feel more confident in who I am and what I bring — not just as a coach, but as a person.

This season meant more to me than I can really put into words. It gave me growth, perspective, and a reminder that I’m capable of way more than I give myself credit for.

Proud of how far I’ve come… and I’m not even close to done!!

To my BlackOps……I’m going to be real with you one last time…

This is our last competition together this season. And before we step on that floor, I need you to hear me.

I know I’ve been hard on you. I know there were days you were tired, frustrated, and probably felt like I was on you nonstop.

But look at you now.

Look at how far you’ve come. Look at what you’ve pushed through. Look at the growth—not just in your skills, but in your confidence, your mindset, and the way you fight for each other.

None of that happened by accident.

Every correction, every rep, every tough conversation… it built this team. It built YOU.

And I wouldn’t change a single second of it.

Today isn’t about being perfect. It’s about trusting the work. Trusting each other. And going out there with nothing held back. Finding all of the details!!

No fear. No doubt. Just confidence in everything you’ve put in to get here.
I am so proud of each and every one of you. It’s been an honor to be your coach this season. You have EARNED THIS MOMENT!!

Now let’s go finish this the way we started—together, strong, and all in.

Let’s make this moment count today!! Show everyone that “BLACKOPS IS WHO THEY WISH TO BE”

For me personally this season has brought me back to life. As I told BlackOps because of them I have fallen back in love with coaching. You all have been the biggest blessing in my life that words can not describe. Thank you!! As much as they’ve learned from me, I’ve learned way more from them!! This was a dream season, I hate to see close, but we aren’t done yet!! Season 3 is loading.

Down nearly 40 lbs in 4 months… but what you don’t see is everything I’ve gained.

I’ve gained my power back.
My strength.
My confidence.
Who I am.

Taking back control of my life has been one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made. And I couldn’t have done it without the love, support, and environment around me that continues to push me to be the best version of myself every single day.

This is me showing up vulnerable, a little self-conscious, but proud. Because growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones… it happens when you decide you’re worth fighting for.

And the best part?
This is just the beginning… at 41.
