Boxing is one of the only sports that will humble you and make you rethink your bum life. I’ve been on both ends of an ass whoopin. A wise man once told me(shortly after kicking my ass) “That’s life, sometimes you’re the hammer and sometimes you’re the nail.”

Boxing teaches you that the work never stops. It’s never enough. Because if you don’t keep working, it will show. If you’re not training hard, you’ll find out real quick. It’s a constant learning process that pushes you to get better, in and out of the ring. There’s seriously nothing like it.
