Today I officially celebrate my birthday and the beginning of a new dedicated decade.

These past 10 years held way over 10,000 hours of training, learning, studying, building, and becoming. I condensed it all into this 3-minute video, but the truth is every second of the last decade shaped the man I am today. The good, the tough, the breakthroughs, and the most beautiful moments.

This next decade I see an entirely new level of deeper intention, a higher standard, and a powerful commitment to mastery in my craft, my family, my health, my purpose, and the impact I create in this world.

I’m stepping into 40 with complete clarity:
🔥 To build
🔥 To serve
🔥 To inspire
🔥 To elevate my family
🔥 To create opportunities
🔥 To live aligned with the man I’ve always envisioned

Today, I graduate with a degree in Kinesiology & Nutrition 🎓
 This moment marks a commencement and the dawn of a new beginning. A powerful launch into the next chapter of my purpose driven life.

I returned to school as a parent, a professional, a man already rooted in the wellness space. Years ago, when I hosted my first Goal Setting workshop, I cast a vision for the life I wanted to create for myself and my family. With the support of generous grants, scholarships, and an incredible support system around me, I made a decision: ✅ To realize this vision, by checking off one goal at a time. ✅ To fully honor the path I’m here to walk, and the people I’m here to serve.

This degree is more than academic achievement. It’s a symbol of devotion to growth, to service, to excellence, and to the future my wife and I have been steadily building one courageous step at a time.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the honor of guiding thousands of incredible clients through sweat, breath, stillness, and transformation. Through it all, I’ve seen what happens when we live in alignment with what lights us up; we give others permission to do the same.

This degree is a declaration 📜  A deeper foundation for the life I lead each day. A renewed commitment to serve with compassion, to lead with knowledge, and to inspire others to take charge of their health, their choices, and empower their lives.

To everyone who’s supported me, my family, my clients, my mentors, my beautiful wife @salzss, my son, my best friends, you are part of this monumental moment.

And to those still getting to know me: Welcome to this next era. This is who I am. A man led by heart. A health coach called to serve. A student of life forever growing and forever moving onward and upward together.

Currently, how I’m grabbing this one great life 🐂

It’s interesting how my relationship with social media has evolved over the years. There was a time when I was obsessed with growing a following. What should I post? What content should I create? How do I capture this moment? Sometimes it felt like my day revolved around what I could turn into a post.

These days, I have a hard time remembering to post at all. My amazing life got fuller; I’m a husband, a father of three incredible boys, I’m 40, I’m still dreaming big, still building, still challenging myself, still figuring things out, and still believing there is so much more ahead.

Maybe now I care a little less about showing everyone that I’m living a great life because I’m too busy actually living it. Through all this evolution though, one thing has 1000% remained the same: I’m grabbing this one great life by the horns and seeing just how much I can make of it.

Summer Break with Atlas and the Twins ☀️💙 Atlas wrapped up his very first Baseball Camp, and he did amazing! He finished the week with a big RBI double, and what made us the proudest though was his willingness to learn and get better every single day that led to big hit ⚾️

Then, inspired by our family’s new favorite movie Michael 🪩, he decided he wanted to join a Dance Camp and we enrolled him into the Dance Revolution 5 Day K-Pop Dance Camp where he was crowned Dance Battle Champion🕺🏆 I love this kid’s love for life!

We’ve had many special family moments halfway through this great summer, celebrating Atlas’s 5th birthday in Toronto 🎂🇨🇦, engaging in pickleball battles during the Cousin’s Cup, and also had the joy of celebrating our Daee Uncle OJ’s wedding over the Holiday🤵‍♂️👰‍♀️ Grateful for this season of life! by @coachjonye

Our first photo as a family of 5🥹. Roman and Kenzo did so well on their first flight and being away from home for 3 weeks. And of course big brother Atlas was the best helper! I just love these guys so much🩵 by @coachjonye

Happy 5th Birthday to our best boy Atlas 🎂 We love you more than words could ever express.

Over the past five years, we’ve done our best to help you begin living up to your name by showing you the world. Together we’ve explored New York, Florida, Toronto, Istanbul, Paris, Florence, Spain, Morocco, Dominican Republic and it’s still merely the beginning of your amazing lifelong journey.

What makes us most proud of you though is who you’re naturally becoming as a great young man. Your kind heart, your confidence to do things yourself, your endless curiosity that leads to a million questions, your determination to be great at everything you try, and the joy you bring to everyone around you. You literally lift up the world! 🌎

My entire life changed 5 years ago when Atlas was born. And with all the changes since then the one constant has been him. Unwavering love for his family, naturally compassionate towards others, an endless curiosity about the world, and now the sweetest loyalty to his brothers.
