I believe in order to obtain mastery, you must love the subject and feel a profound connection to it. Your interest must transcend the field itself and border on the religious.

It has to mean more to you, it has to become an obsession. Something that your so passionate about it becomes a part of what makes you you. In my opinion this is what separates the good from the great.

Bodybuilding is my chosen craft, and I’m determined to master it.
I have too much love and respect for it to ever give it anything less.

Theres more than one way up the mountain, but i will make it to the top, believe it 😉✊

So stoked with how yesterday went.
Coaching myself into winning the IFBB Australian novice classic physique title still feels surreal.

It was really hard at times if I’m being honest. Not having a second set of eyes to have a look at how i was progressing through the prep and dictate changes became more challenging as i got closer to stage.
But I embraced and welcomed the challenge, and I’m so glad i did.

Ive learnt so much this prep.
Im obsessed with perfecting this craft and becoming the best coach possible.

But now its time to take a step back, relax and focus on whats next to come. Im blessed to be currently coaching some amazing athletes with real potential, and i cant wait to nail they’re preps whilst maintaining their health, mental state and well being.

Next time i take the stage that pro cards gunna be undeniably mine 😈

Thanks so much for all the support!
This is just the beginning, i promise 😉

The hardest part of coming back from a serious injury isn’t rebuilding the muscle, it’s rebuilding the confidence to push it hard again.
Tore my chest a while back. Today: 65kg dumbbells for 6.
Progress isn’t just physical.
