You hear the plays but now you’ll hear the purpose. Sit on the bench with me, mic’d up and locked in. This is where growth happens. 🏀🎙️ #SitOnTheBenchWithMe

Training with my daughter isn’t just about strength or skills it’s about preparing her heart, mind, and spirit for the journey ahead. This offseason workout focused on fundamental skill and endurance training laying the groundwork now so she’s ready when it counts. Proud of the woman she’s becoming. 🙏❤️ #BuiltForMore #GirlDad #FaithAndFitness #LifePacificBound #EnduranceTraining #SkillDevelopment #PurposeDriven #TrainForLife #FatherDaughterGoals #NextGenLeader by @coachkbthe2nd
