It was a very dark day, this day 16 years ago

My DADDY went to be with the Lord!

My tears have not stopped rolling

A great guy indeed

A fantastic man

Vast in the knowledge and understanding of cities, cultures and people of the world

He was christian

He was muslim

He was a traditionalist

A true human being who held no barriers or prejudices

A rare breed indeed

Im proud to have called him my DADDY!

The man who gave me my first sip of gulder beer, a finger tip of whisky and a touch of sour red wine

The memories in my heart are endless can you tell?

The 7th edition of Yellow Table Talk Empowerment of Girls and Women Community recently hosted the YTT Moms & Daughters Date —
A safe, honest, and healing space for girls (ages 9-24) and their moms to connect, reflect, and grow.

Among the inspiring voices at the event was CoachKoks, the founder of CoachKoks Life Design Practice Inc.

A passionate Life Coach and therapist-in-training, @coachkoks lives out her calling inspired by Luke 4:18 — to bring healing, freedom, and restoration to the oppressed.

Her heart beats for families of children with special needs, and she shared a powerful truth during the event:

“Make open-door policies a norm- your child should feel safe coming to you with anything.”

She reminded us that healing is not just possible — it is essential. And through community, connection, and compassion, our girls can rise strong.
