Learn a knuckleball Just for fun….The knuckleball is generally seen as a gimmick pitch. Not many people take it seriously. However, when thrown well it can be absolutely impossible to hit. Plus it is pretty easy on the arm.

Parents, I’d much rather see your 12u kids throwing knuckleballs than curveballs, cutters or Sliders’s… It’s much safer on the arm and can still be effective. Let them work on their fastball and just mess around with the knuckleball

Don’t just be a thrower, pitch! Hitting spots with movement: A good two seam fast ball is a devastating pitch.

Truck got broken into last night. Smash and grab in our condos parking. They got some highly sentimental items. I blame @sandiegocitycouncil former president and current rep of my district @seaneloriverad9 for neglecting to address the safety concerns that affect our residents. Vagrancy and homelessness is out of control. Additional people to blame are @cagovernor @gavinnewsom & @cityofsandiego @mayortoddgloria

Their policies and distain for law enforcement have made it unsafe for families and tax paying citizens.

Do this at home ! It doesn’t take a lot of room and will help your hand eye coordination.

It’s fine to use a tennis ball if you’re worried about the floors. Just work your hand eye daily.

When people ask me what their kid in the age range 8-12 should be doing for strength training, I say get outside and play. Run, jump, swim, surf, basketball, soccer. This isn’t your average backyard game but it definitely highlights how to find creative and fun ways to build strength through dynamic & explosive movements.

Use your misses… don’t think of a miss as a bad thing or a waste pitch. It’s an opportunity to set up the next pitch.
