Leadership is an EXCHANGE! It’s the last slide for me!👌🏽🙌🏽

Leadership is the continual process of creating value for others in a way that inspires them to WILLINGLY EXCHANGE their trust, commitment and followership for your influence.
That is exactly what I experienced at #TheExchange hosted by @pba_theinspirer and @coachlolade . What a room! What a day! What an Exchange!

Here are a few nuggets I took away:

• The Psychology of Continual Growth – @pba_theinspirer reminded us that the invisible enemy is COMPLACENCY. Growth is intentional, never accidental.

• 5 Shifts from Pleaser to Leader – @kunlebowale2016 He challenged us to stop living for approval and start leading with clarity and courage. I particularly love “Repurpose Them”! (If you know, you know. 😉)
.
• 3 Traps that Kill Legacy Businesses – @olusoji_oyawoye He unpacked the three silent killers: Founder Dependency, Short-Term Thinking and Culture Neglect. My biggest reminder? The EsojayIludun Framework - Vision + Team + Execution + X = Results. Find your X! I created this equation just because I paid good money to be in that room!😄

• Turning Income into a Wealth Machine – Femi Ebunoluwa exposed the wealth gaps (Bridging the 10 Gaps between those who know and those who don’t have). Powerful!

The interactive panel session with @tinuphilips & @accelerate_with_dta facilitated by @onyinyeodiaka plus The BAR with Wale Oyedeji (Group MD of First HoldCo. Plc.) facilitated by PBA, plus the Lunch & Learn with Wale Oyedeji & Wole Adeniyi, plus The Networking & Conversations in the room were so enriching. My notebook is full. My heart is fuller. I am fulfilled.

📌 When GOD tells us to do things, we have to look for dynamic ways to do it.

📌 You must look for creative ways to train your children because if they are your tomorrow then you shouldn't chase them away today.

📌 A family that must flourish honors every generation.

📌 We must seek to understand before you're understood.

📌 GOD is a generational God.

📌 A family that flourishes is one that resolved conflicts GOD'S way.

📌 Healthy people disagree while healthy family reconcile.

📌 Family grow stronger when they are united by a purpose.

GOD gives grandparents so they can give wisdom
GOD gives parents so they can give guidance
GOD gives us children to give us hope
GOD gives us youths to contribute with their strength

PLA has charged us that in 2026 we must be sharp in your hearing and alert in our spirit man.

Some of the prayer points taken in this session are:
1. Lord those wrong ships we have entered into please take us out of it
2. This year may God restore to us what we have lost
3. This year we are led, helped and given great counsel from Lord in everything we do in Jesus Name
