I can’t even GET UP without DeeDee thinking I’m leaving her. 😂

Go to the bathroom? PICK ME UP.
Get up from the couch? PICK ME UP.
Walk to another room? PICK ME UP.
Breathe too loud? 😂 PICK ME UP.

Baby girl said, “Ma’am… wherever you’re going, I’m going too.” 🥹😂🐶

The way she jumps on my leg the second I stand up… she is NOT taking any chances. 😂❤️

My baby girl is officially SWEET 16! 🥹💗🎂

Sixteen years ago, God trusted me with one of the greatest blessings of my life… YOU. And watching you grow from my little girl into the young woman you’re becoming, has been one of the most beautiful—and sometimes “Lord, give me strength” 😂—journeys of my life.

I want you to know that you don’t have to rush to grow up. Enjoy being young. Make memories. Laugh loud. Try new things. Make mistakes and learn from them. Protect your heart, know your worth, and NEVER shrink yourself to make somebody else comfortable.

Realizing you don’t know how to be soft because you’ve had to be so strong…

Whew. 😮‍💨

I thought it was normal to always be guarded, serious, independent, and ready for whatever came next.

But lately, watching myself in videos, I’m realizing…

Girl, you’re still wearing the armor. 😂

I know how to be feminine. I know how to be beautiful.

I just don’t always know how to relax enough to feel soft.
And maybe that’s another part of me I’m rebuilding at 50.

Learning that softness doesn’t mean weakness.
Maybe it means I finally feel safe enough to exhale. 🤎 by @coachmarbley

✨ THE MORNING GLOW ✨

Okayyy, this is what my morning looks like after I shower and get myself together. 👏🏽

Gummies.
Recharge.
L-Carnitine Shot.
Aloe Glow.
A little water + coconut water… mix it up and I’m ready to go. 💦✨

I’m really enjoying creating little routines that make me feel like I’m taking care of ME before the day starts pulling me in 15 different directions. 😂

And listen… I don’t believe you need 47 things to have a good wellness routine.

Find what works for YOU, make it simple, and actually be consistent with it.

This is part of my morning glow. ✨

“I can’t WAIT to get my cleanse…” 😂

And some of y’all already know EXACTLY why that sentence caught your attention. 👀

Because baby… I have done this before.

Y’all watched me lose 65 pounds in 2½ months the last time I was cleansing. You saw it. You noticed it. You probably even asked me, “Girl, WHAT are you doing?” 😂

Welllllll…

It’s been YEARS since I’ve done it.

And now I’m over here like…

“Yeah… I think it’s time we revisit this.” 👀😂

Not because I’m trying to recreate the past. I’m 50 now, this body has been through some things, and I’m in a whole different season of my life.

But I KNOW how good it feels when I’m taking care of myself intentionally.

So yes…

I can’t WAIT to get my cleanse. 😂

Y’all know I’m nosy when something new drops. 😂

Farmasi just released these new Cleansing Juices in Watermelon + Lime, and of course I had to grab a box before I even knew what everybody else was talking about. 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

Mine is on the way, so I’ll let y’all know what I think once I actually try it.
