Heading into my favorite part of the year 🤎

So far, this year…

I’ve grown. I’ve been challenged. I’ve learned more about what deserves my love and energy, what doesn’t, and how important it is to stay true to who I am in the middle of all of it.

So I’m heading into the rest of 2026 with a little different mindset ✨

More present with my family. More intentional about my career and the things I’m building. Excited to be coaching 🏀 again and back around a game that has always been such a big part of me. Making time for my health, my friendships, the things that make me laugh, and the things that make me feel like me 🩷

And maybe most importantly, remembering that taking care of everyone and everything I love doesn’t mean I have to lose myself somewhere along the way.

There’s still plenty I want to accomplish this year, but I’m not chasing some perfect version of life. I just want to keep growing, keep showing up, protect what matters, enjoy the people I love, and be unapologetically myself while I do it 💪 by @coachmccray24
