One thing I promised myself was to give my all to this challenge. The rebirth is coming & this is just the beginning💜🤩

ME SIENTO BICHOTAAAAA 😝💪🏽🍑🤍

Special thanks to @jocabedcabral for never giving up on me and pushing me to work on myself. The results are not just physical they are also mental. I feel and look the best I have all year 🙏🏽

Who wants to join the next challenge or if you need any tips, feel free to DM me ✨✨

honestly after all the setbacks and injuries I’ve faced in my upper body- I miss working with cables but this will do. I rather take it easy on my body than overwork and get injured from improper training 🥹

lol I felt so out of shape but this is my sign to get back into it so I can keep up with my nephew 🤣 PLUS according to him I’m 21 🥰 I remember being a beast in the monkey bars, I have a minor injury in my left shoulder from sleeping wrong but I’m conditioning myself again
