To be completely honest, coaching wasn’t always a part of my plan, but by trusting myself and my journey, I found my passion in helping youth excel in the sport that was my first love.

Who would’ve thought my unconventional pathway to success in basketball, including being scouted to New Mexico State University at the very last minute but having to red shirt the first year, near career-ending injuries at my highest, and so much more, would’ve set me on this path to coaching and mentorship - not me, but here we are.

Through basketball, I found mindfulness, and through mindfulness, I found my “why” - youth athletes, like I once was, need more than skills and drills to succeed, the mind, body and soul connection is where true power lies.

I always told myself my 2nd career would be more impactful than my 1st, and I’m ready now. by @coachmully_

Future stars in motion. 💫
Day 1 of Skills Camp was a major success.

From fundamentals to confidence, every rep counts. Huge love to Ontario Basketball’s Kyle Johnson and SSS alum Daniel Mullings for pouring into the next generation.

From Scarborough to @royalcrownbasketball — Daniel Mullings moves with purpose. 🧊

Year one with NPH? 🏆 Championship.
But for @coachmully_ , it’s deeper than wins.

Built on discipline, unseen hours, and principles that translate on and off the court — his message is simple:

Effort and energy come first. Lock in. Kill mode when you step between the lines.

Through his Unlock Souls mentorship program, he’s teaching young athletes to master their mindset — breathing, focus, and emotional control.

“Take this game seriously. It doesn’t last forever.”

Wake up. 👁️🔥 by @coachmully_
