Forge Wrestling Consulting LLC has been a concept rolling around in my mind for years… it needed time to marinate. 30 plus years of wrestling, and coaching. Growing in the sport as a coach through coaches development, locally, nationally and internationally. A few long days of travel the concept solidified. Forged Wrestling Consulting is officially an LLC, owned and operated by Molly and Josh Murnane. The goal of Forge is to provide local, statewide, national and international consulting in the sport of wrestling. Need help developing a youth program, developing your coaching staff, building a program from the ground up that’s what we are here for, to spread the joy and love of the sport of wrestling!

Our website will be up soon, with all of our offered services and contact information!!!

This August, we hosted a Level 1 Coaching Course together with USA Wrestling Wrestling. More than 50 coaches from different countries joined us during our International Training Camp.

For me, this was not just about certificates or drills. It was about people coaches who care, who want to learn, and who believe that sport can change lives. When you see so many nations in one room, sharing ideas and laughing together, you understand why wrestling is more than a sport. It is a family.

I want to thank our educator, Josh Murnane Jonathan Taylor, for his patience, his knowledge, and the calm way he guided us all. Thank you to USA Wrestling for being true partners, and to every coach who came with an open heart.

The work we do now may not always be seen on the podium, but it is the quiet foundation on which future champions are built. 🤝🌍 taken in Hong Kong by @coachmurnane
