2030 represented Virginia with pride at @tfnsrun4roses. 🌹💎

This team faced obstacle after obstacle throughout the weekend, but they never made excuses. They stayed together, competed with heart, and found a way to finish on top and bring home the Silver Championship 🏆

Champions aren’t defined by perfect circumstances they’re defined by how they respond when things get tough.

Proud of this group’s resilience, toughness, and belief in one another. The work continues.

This was probably the best game I’ve ever been a part of.

@arayphotography captured some of the most vulnerable moments that every player and coach goes through.

@yourfavvvv_.brook wasn’t getting the calls she normally gets, and all weekend opposing parents and coaches were on her. I had to remind her, “Pick your head up and show them exactly who you are. Stop crying. You’re one of the best in the world!” ‼️

She responded exactly how champions do.

What brought tears to my eyes wasn’t just how she bounced back—it was watching her teammates surround her, encourage her, and lift her up when she needed it most. That’s what a real team looks like.

I told her not to cry… and then I ended up crying. #Hypocrite 😂

This was a special team win, and one I’ll never forget.

Thank you to my girl @navi.3x, @journee_jurn13, @jasdoesit, and my guy @coachjustin.. I love y’all for real. 💎❤️

“Caught in Time” By Robert Nunley. Excited to read this book by someone that I admire and look up to. Mr. Rob has helped me throughout my life, helped the youth with his service, and now he has a picture book that captures moments in time. #noexcuses taken in Norfolk, Virginia by @coachraycheney

April 20, 2021, the day my life changed. looking through some old pictures, I came across these photos from when I first met these four girls: TT, Brook, Paige, and Naomi. 🥹 I’ll save the video for when they graduate from high school because it’s just too cute!

After COVID, Amanda and I started with only four girls, working out outside at the park. To look back at where she started and see how far she and this program have come is truly amazing.

I want to thank the parents who trusted us to care for, mentor, and pour into their daughters. Our job isn’t finished until we watch them walk onto their college campuses and even then, we’ll continue mentoring them and being a part of their lives.

This has always been bigger than basketball. 💎💕
