"I started going to train with Ricky in November of 2025 and immediately knew I would be coming back as much as possible. Ricky has the perfect balance of implementing strength, stability, balance and speed. I started noticing huge differences in my body and my strength output within 2 weeks of working with him. I love how he implements routines and workouts based on the sport you play. Everything I accomplished in the weight room had correlation with what I would want to accomplish on the field. I would recommend Ricky to any baseball player because I know his work translates to the field. With all that being said, you have to bring it everyday you walk in his building. If you can do that, there’s no question you will reach the goals you’re striving for. I can’t thank Ricky enough for getting me to a place of complete confidence as I go into season 11. He’s an incredible trainer and an even better person!"

@cy_chrisman @imgabaseball @osubaseball commit, just completed a very impressive, and never to be forgotten, senior season. Cy was honoured as TEAM MVP, GOLD GLOVE WINNER, finished with a BA of .439 and 6 HR (Last HR shown was his last AB of the season). What a way to go out and end a legendary High School Baseball Career! AND to do it facing the best competition in the country!

Wanted to give a huge shout out to this stud, @ryderhuntsman24 @pghs_viking_baseball for an incredible season!

The success Ryder was able to have on the field, such as this outing here, with 15 Strike Outs in 6 innings, and touching 95 MPH, doesnt just happen by accident. This kid has WORKED for months and months, years and years, for that that to happen. Work that most people dont see (besides his parents and some coaches and some teammates).

So happy for you @ryderhuntsman24 Your future is bright😎 More greatness to come💯
