POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I am very proud to announce our first offseason addition to our @spotohighbaseball Coaching Staff. Welcome @ricopeele to the team.

Rico is not only one of my closest friends, but a purebred baseball mind through and through.

-Most Wins is @sav.statebaseball history
-Winning Record in D1 and D2 conferences
-3x HBCU All-star
-3 year Savannah State Pitching Coach
-SIAC Pitcher of the year
-Williamsport Crosscutter (MLB Draft League)
-3x SIAC 1st Team All-Conference
-Led Division 2 in wins

Rico will lead of pitching staff and will also be a huge piece in rebuilding this program to the powerhouse it deserves to be. Here at Spoto, we pride ourselves on being a place where young professionals can establish themselves and develop into the people that they are meant to be.

Rico taught me what it meant to be a true captain. When I transferred to SSU, Rico was the first person to not only greet me, but to establish the standard that we operate at as a program. Rico was that standard. I am very blessed to be in a position where I can now return the favor. Thank you Rico, for helping me finish my career. Now, I hope we can begin a new step together that’ll help these guys get so much further than we did!

Thanks for you help Rico and thanks for being such a great friend.

-Coach Cal

It’s not about perfect. It’s about effort and when you bring that effort every single day that’s where the transformation happens. That’s when the change occurs…. ring chasin 💍🏃🏾‍♂️
