Hi. I’m Sami Snow 💖✨
I work as a critical care nurse & have for 8 years. I understand the human body at a clinical level.

& yet, for 15 of years, I could not figure out my relationship with food.

I tried everything.

Give up carbs.
Don’t eat after 6.
Lose 30 pounds in 30 days.
Whatever the latest thing was… I WAS IN!
I was desperate. I was exhausted.

& underneath all of it, I was cycling.
Overeat. Undereat.
Gain weight. Lose weight.
Gain it back.
I didn’t even call myself a binge eater.
I didn’t have the language for it yet.
I just knew I couldn’t stop.

Until July 2022.

I had my last binge eating episode. I entered recovery. And for the first time in 15 years — I felt what I *thought* was food freedom.

Recovery felt like the finish line.

I lost 50 pounds. I went from 222 to 172.
I was showing up, I was glowing, I was coaching women & I genuinely believed I had CRACKED THE CODE.

Part of binge eating recovery is that you never diet again. Because restriction is the very trigger that starts the cycle back up.

So that’s what I believed for years.

I called myself an intuitive eater — so there was no need to track my food.
I loved and accepted my body — so there was no need to step on the scale.

No data. No tracking. No metrics. Just *vibes*

& here’s the thing about being a nurse who works out in the gym and lives in scrubs and leggings… you don’t put on a pair of jeans for a long time.

So I didn’t notice.
Until I did.

The 50 pounds came back. Every single one.

& I was still showing up as a coach.
Still telling women to treat themselves pretty.
Still posting.
Still building.
& watching my own body tell a completely different story in real time — publicly.

I felt like a fraud.

That was one of the most humbling, embarrassing, gutting experiences of my life. Because I really, truly thought I had it figured out.
I didn’t.

I was SO over it.
15 years of yo-yo dieting.
Restricting food groups.
Chronic quick fixes.
Fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Overeat, undereat, repeat.

& now — gaining back every pound I lost in recovery — WITHOUT a single binge episode.

So I put my ego down and I hired a coach!

& that is the *PRETTIEST* thing I have ever done for myself in my entire life. ❤️‍🔥

Because I finally had skin in the game. I was done trying to figure it out alone.

Clearly, 15 years of trying on my own wasn’t working😏

What I learned in that one year challenged everything I thought I knew about my body.

I started collecting data.
Tracking my food.
& to my complete surprise — it didn’t trigger my binge eating. It FREED me from it.

Because now when I overeat, I don’t spiral. I track it. I look at the trend. I ask — how did my body respond to that? What does this data tell me?

That is what being in tune with your body actually feels like. Not guessing. Not performing. Knowing.

I’ve been tracking my macros for 322 days straight. Not out of fear.
Not out of obsession.
Because food is finally just food — and I have real FOOD FREEDOM.

I’ve lost 25 pounds and totally reshaped my body! 😍 but I’m just getting started.

& now I’m building something for the woman who is still in that cycle.

The one who has spent years — maybe decades — trying to figure it out alone.
Who has lost the weight and gained it back and lost it again and cannot understand why nothing is sticking.

I was her.

I don’t want you to spend 15 years where I spent mine.
The Pretty Program is coming.
& it’s not going to promise you a new body in 30 days.

It’s going to do something so much better than that.

It’s going to make weight loss the byproduct of finally learning to treat yourself pretty — with sustainable habits, real data, self-accountability, and standards that you actually keep.

As your coach, I know you want to be sexy as f***.
As your nurse, I know you need to be healthy as f***.
And you can absolutely be both.

Stay close. Save this post. More details coming soon.
💗 I dare you to treat yourself pretty.

Because if the voice in your head sounds like:
“I’ll start Monday.”
“I already messed up.”
“I don’t deserve to eat until I earn it.”
“I’ll love my body when I lose the weight.”

…that relationship needs healing first.

Treating yourself pretty isn’t bubble baths and face masks.

It’s eating because your body deserves fuel.
It’s keeping promises to yourself.
It’s speaking to yourself with respect after a setback instead of starting another shame spiral.
It’s becoming someone you can trust.

Weight loss becomes so much easier when you’re no longer fighting yourself every single day.

🤍 That’s exactly why I created Foodie Freedom—to help women heal their relationship with food, their body, and themselves while still reaching their weight-loss goals.

Because you don’t need more food rules.
You need self-trust.

✨ DM me PRETTY if you’re ready to stop being your own worst critic and start treating yourself pretty. 💖✨ by @coachsamisnow

It’s heartbreaking how many women only take care of themselves when they’re trying to become smaller.

You’ll drink your water…
🥦 Eat your vegetables…
🏋️‍♀️ Move your body…

…but only if the scale promises to reward you.

What if you did those things because your body deserves them today?

Not when you lose 20 pounds.
Not when you finally “earn it.”
Today.

Your heart doesn’t care what size jeans you wear.
Your muscles don’t know your goal weight.
Your body is working around the clock to keep you alive, and it deserves fuel, movement, hydration, and care because it’s your body to care for!

The women who find lasting freedom stop treating healthy habits as punishment for the body they have and start treating them as love for the body they’re living in.

That’s the difference between chasing skinny… and treating yourself pretty.

✨ If you’re tired of the diet culture hamster wheel and want to love food, lose weight, and build habits that actually last, Foodie Freedom was created for you.

One video made me feel powerful. The next one made me want to delete it…😫
Here’s the wild part: they were filmed during the same workout.
My body didn’t change in 20 minutes.
My perspective did.
I’ve noticed that when I’m keeping promises to myself, like -lifting, fueling my body well, tracking my habits, showing up even when I don’t feel like it—I naturally see myself with more grace.

Not because I’ve earned the right to love my body.

Because I’ve built trust with myself.

When I stop showing up, my inner critic gets LOUDER 🗣️. Suddenly every angle feels wrong, every reflection feels like evidence that I’m failing.
The mirror isn’t the problem.
The relationship I’m building with myself determines the story I tell when I look into it.
That’s why I say Treat Yourself Pretty.
It’s about becoming the woman who keeps promises to herself, so one unflattering angle doesn’t get to decide her worth.
✨ Confidence isn’t built by the evidence that you can trust yourself.
If you love food but feel out of control around it, & you’re ready to build the kind of self-trust that lasts longer than motivation, Foodie Freedom is for you. We’ll heal your relationship with food while building habits that actually stick. 💖✨ by @coachsamisnow

Me: “I don’t wanna.” 😩 Also me: puts my shoes on anyway. 👟
the hardest part is putting your big girl panties on & getting OUT 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 DOOR! 😬
If you made it out the door today, I’m proud of you! 💖✨
The woman I’m becoming doesn’t ask herself if she feels like it. She keeps the promises she makes to herself.
If you love food but feel like food has more control over you than you’d like… if you can’t keep Oreos or cereal in the house without them disappearing… if you’re constantly saying, “I’ll start over Monday,” Foodie Freedom was built for you.
I’m going to teach you how to trust yourself around food without giving up the foods you love. You’ll learn how to dismiss the urge to keep eating, fuel your body without food rules, and finally feel like you’re in control instead of relying on willpower.
& because becoming healthier isn’t just about food, you’ll also get workouts that make showing up feel simple, plus 1:1 coaching and accountability to help you become the woman who stops negotiating with herself, puts her shoes on, and walks out the front door.
Because Foodie Freedom isn’t just about changing how you eat. It’s about changing who you become.

Everyone’s afraid of lettuce. Meanwhile, I’m over here trying to teach you to stop being afraid of carbs. 😂🥬🍞

Diet culture has convinced us that bread is the problem for decades.

Now one lettuce recall happens and suddenly everyone is questioning salads. 😅

Here’s the thing: fear isn’t a nutrition strategy.

Foodie Freedom isn’t about labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” It’s about knowing how to make choices that support your health while still enjoying the foods you love.

One recall doesn’t mean vegetables are bad.
Carbs were never the enemy.
& the goal has never been to fear food.

The goal is to trust yourself around food.

💖 Eat what you want.
💖 Eat what you need.
💖 Stop letting fear make your food decisions.

If you’re tired of bouncing between food rules, food guilt, and food anxiety, you’re exactly who I created my coaching for.

There’s a parasite linked to contaminated produce making people violently sick, and I’ve already seen people joking about it being the next Ozempic.

Here’s your reminder:

👉 Diarrhea isn’t fat loss.
👉 Dehydration isn’t progress.
👉 Being sick isn’t a weight loss strategy.

If the number on the scale drops because you’re losing fluids and can’t keep food in your body, that isn’t the kind of progress anyone should want.

Diet culture has people celebrating any weight loss, EVEN WHEN it comes from illness. That’s a problem.

I’d rather lose one pound of body fat over a few weeks than five pounds of water in a weekend because I was stuck in the bathroom.

Healthy, sustainable fat loss will never be as flashy as a “quick fix”… but it’s the only kind you actually get to keep.

✨ If you’re done chasing shortcuts and you’re ready to learn how to lose fat while still enjoying your favorite foods, you’re exactly who I created this page for.

My protein shake wasn’t helping me stay in a calorie deficit. 😅

Im not saying protein shakes are “bad” or that they’re unhealthy.

What I am saying is because 30g of protein that you DRINK didn’t keep me as satisfied as 30g of protein that I could actually EAT.

My coach has been telling me this for weeks.

Yesterday I finally listened.

Instead of my usual protein shake, I ate a meal with roughly the same amount of protein.

The result?

✨ I went to bed full.
✨ No nighttime snacking.
✨ No urge to go back into the kitchen.

Nothing else changed.

& suddenly it clicked.

Protein isn’t just about hitting your macro target, it’s about how satisfied those macros leave you.

That’s the difference between simply checking a box… and creating habits you can actually stick to.

Foodie Freedom isn’t about surviving on shakes. It’s about eating meals you genuinely enjoy while making it easier to stay aligned with your goals.
