🥇 2026 U73kg Arnold Pro/Am World Champion

Winning this show was not only a major accomplishment but it also makes me the first 73kg woman to hold all of the major U73kg titles concurrently.

I would like to thank my friend and coach @alecjose for being in my corner. He’s a huge reason that I’ve been so successful in this sport.

I’d also like to thank all of my friends and family that continue to support me on this wild ride. I may step out onto the floor alone but strongman is a team sport and I would have accomplished none of this without the amazing support system that I have.

Also I did not fall down at this show 😂😂

This was a pretty big PR for 5 and another great mile marker to hit this offseason.

I thought after not getting much sleep and my diet being all over the place this weekend this was going to be a really rough session. Boy did I surprise myself. This is easily the best this weight has ever moved.

Split jerks from the front are so much easier for me 😅😅

These are my normal deadlift warmups and today they felt really good considering the amount of volume I’ve done this week. This was also a pretty big PR for me. I could not be happier with how training is going.
